YOUR ORBIT IS YOURS
Luma Relay Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 12, 2026
Luma Relay is provided by Outworld Apps. Contact: support@outworldapps.com.
Your game data
Luma Relay stores puzzle progress, scores, daily records, settings, stardust, cosmetic choices and ad-frequency counters locally on your device. You do not need a game account. Outworld Apps does not receive your puzzle history through a game server. Advertising services process the separate information described below; local gameplay storage does not mean that all app-related data stays on the device.
Advertising and privacy choices
The free version uses Google AdMob interstitial ads at breaks after completed puzzles. The first session is ad-free. Later ads require at least four completed puzzles and at least three minutes between ads. The permanent Remove Ads + Prism purchase disables these ads. Puzzles also work without an internet connection.
Google and its advertising partners may collect and share your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. This information is used for advertising, measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention. The applicable Google consent message identifies the participating advertising partners and their purposes; you can review that list and manage available choices there. Android and earlier iOS builds request restricted, non-personalized ads. New iOS builds ask for Apple's tracking permission after applicable Google consent choices. If you allow tracking, Google may use your advertising identifier and combine advertising information with data from other companies' apps and websites to personalize and measure ads, subject to your consent choices. If you decline or iOS restricts tracking, the app requests non-personalized ads. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. We disable Google's publisher first-party ID on both platforms. These settings do not stop all SDK data processing. The game does not request access to precise location.
Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages privacy messages and applicable choices. The game checks privacy requirements before requesting ads. On iOS, consent is checked on the initial colony screen even though no interstitial is shown during the first session. Declining consent or tracking does not affect access to puzzles. Where applicable, open Ad privacy choices in Settings to review or change those choices. If an ad cannot be requested or loaded, you can continue playing. Consent choices do not require a purchase. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps for Google's processing and controls.
Optional purchases
Apple App Store or Google Play handles the optional permanent Remove Ads + Prism purchase and payment details. Luma Relay receives product and transaction information needed to verify, unlock, restore and reconcile your purchase. Existing verified Prism purchases include removal of ads. The game does not receive your full payment-card details. The store processes information according to its own privacy policy and your store-account settings. Removing ads does not erase information previously processed by Google or your app store.
Sharing
Sharing is initiated by you. A blueprint contains a puzzle layout and generation data. A result message also contains the taps, elapsed play time, star result and challenge date or sector. It does not contain a player name, email address, account identifier or device identifier. The device share sheet sends this information only to the destination you select. Clipboard actions copy only the text you requested.
Device permissions
The game uses vibration for optional haptics and internet access for ads, consent messages and store services. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts, photo-library or location permission. Advertising services can still infer approximate location from an IP address and may process permitted identifiers. On Android, the app removes the advertising-ID and Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions from the merged manifest. Other app/device identifiers and the data described above may still be processed. Android app-data backup is disabled by the release preset. On iOS, game files may be included in backups governed by your device and iCloud settings.
Retention and deletion
Game progress stays on your device until app data is removed. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes local progress, subject to device backup/restore behavior. Store purchase records remain with Apple or Google; the permanent entitlement can be restored through Restore purchases. Removing local progress does not refund a store purchase or delete information already held by advertising providers. Their policies and account/device controls govern their retention and deletion.
Support
If you email support@outworldapps.com, we receive the email content and address you provide and use them to answer your request. Do not send payment-card details or store passwords. You can contact the same address about privacy questions or support correspondence.
Changes
We will update this policy if the game's data practices change and revise its effective date. The public listing must link to the current Luma Relay policy.
This support website
The support website has no advertising scripts or contact form. Azure hosting processes connection information and may record request, diagnostic and security logs to deliver, monitor and protect the pages. Website logs are separate from locally stored game progress and in-game advertising. You can contact support@outworldapps.com about the website or this policy.
