Playing on your device

Your campfire and permanent flame growth, wood and finds, puzzle checkpoint, XP, achievements, timed effects and preferences are saved on your device. Local supply-reward receipts remember which earned bundles were delivered so retries do not add them twice. Those receipts stay on the device; Glowtend does not send them to the publisher or a native game-service profile. Core play does not need a publisher account or an internet connection. Device or operating-system backups may include local game data according to your settings. Uninstalling can remove local progress. Glowtend does not provide camp or puzzle cloud-save synchronization through Game Center or Google Play Games.

Native game records

The redesigned Glowtend uses Apple’s Game Center on Apple devices and Google Play Games on Android for native records in configured builds. The app reads the platform player identifier and display name to recognize the current account. When you choose Camp → Achievements or Leaderboards and connect to the provider account if needed, Glowtend submits your best expedition score and earned achievement identifiers to that account, then updates those records as you play. The player identifier also scopes local synchronization records. We do not send your native profile, complete camp save or puzzle moves to an Outworld Apps server. Each platform has its own standings.

Native services may recognize an existing signed-in profile before you open a native records screen. Google Play Games initializes when the configured Android app starts and collects service analytics and diagnostics. Google’s game service may also process device identifiers and connection information for operation, analytics and troubleshooting. Apple handles Game Center activity under its own privacy practices. Choosing to connect through the native records screens authorizes Glowtend’s score and achievement submissions; it does not switch off all provider activity. Managing and deleting data

For Google Play Games records, use the provider’s game-data and profile deletion controls. You can manage sign-in, including signing out of games, through Play Games profile settings. Apple provides Game Center account and activity controls through device Settings and its privacy information. Deleting provider data does not erase Glowtend’s local camp save. Continuing to use a connected account or connecting again can allow later earned records to be submitted. Outworld Apps cannot delete your Google or Apple account on your behalf.

Earlier Glowtend versions offered an anonymous Outworld Apps profile and monthly scores. The redesign creates no new publisher profile and sends no new monthly warmth. Existing server records remain until deleted or their retention expires. If your device still has the old deletion credential, choose Camp → Settings → Remove previous online profile → Delete old profile. A confirmed deletion removes that publisher identity, its scores and the local credential; it leaves your camp, purchases and native game profile intact. If you cannot access the old game, email support@outworldapps.com with your request and any non-secret identifying information. We will explain whether we can identify and verify the record. Never email a device token or store password. Older installed versions may still use the previous monthly service; upgrade to use the new controls.

Legacy deletion requests still contact our publisher service. Our hosting processes ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, request times and errors, for operation and security. These requests do not send your native game profile.

Store purchases

Apple or Google processes purchases and payment information. The game uses native store purchase and current-ownership results, and keeps a local entitlement cache so valid purchased access can continue offline. Ownership is refreshed on explicit Restore and approximately monthly when the app is used. We do not upload receipts to a publisher purchase-verification server or receive your full payment-card details.

Optional sponsored rewards

Glowtend uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded offers, outside active gameplay. Choosing a younger-than-18 or prefer-not-to-say option keeps ads disabled. Eligible adults may request a temporary cosmetic preview or a Supplies reward after the applicable consent flow. Supplies provides three pine logs and one sun resin after rewarded completion. Collecting the bundle awards no XP, solved-puzzle progress or expedition points. An unavailable or unfinished ad grants no reward; normal gameplay remains available. Nightfall hides sponsored-preview offers, while its owners may still choose the same optional Supplies reward as other eligible adults.

When ads are requested, Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Glowtend requests nonpersonalized ads; device identifiers may still support measurement subject to consent and iOS ATT. Practices depend on region, platform and consent. See Google’s privacy policy and advertising information. This game does not ask for precise location or access to your contacts.

Consent and iOS tracking choices

Applicable Google consent choices appear before requesting ads. Eligible players can reopen Camp → Settings → Privacy choices. On iOS we explain tracking and request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission where needed; you can decline and change the system permission in Settings. Denying tracking does not lock gameplay or purchased cosmetics. Apple’s permission and Google’s consent choices are separate controls.

Sharing and support

Sharing opens your device’s native share sheet. You choose the destination, and that service’s privacy practices apply. Glowtend does not read contacts or automatically publish your postcard. If you email support, we receive the email and information you choose to include and use it to respond and resolve the request.

This website

These game pages do not use advertising trackers or request a cookie-based account. Our hosting infrastructure processes ordinary web requests and technical logs for reliability and security. It may set necessary routing cookies to keep requests on the same server. Following external links takes you to services with their own privacy practices.

Retention, rights and changes

Retained legacy monthly scores follow the previous current-month plus up-to-12-completed-month retention. We keep the old publisher identity while needed for the service; a confirmed legacy profile deletion removes it and its associated scores. Apple and Google manage native game-service retention and deletion under their respective policies. Local camp data remains on your device until removed according to app or device controls. Support messages are kept as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw applicable consent, or ask about relevant privacy rights. We may need enough information to verify a request. If these practices change, we update this page and any required consent or store disclosures.
