Privacy
Privacy information for our website and shared app services.
This policy covers the shared services used by some Outworld Apps apps. For an individual app, read its own policy to see which services it uses. Luma Relay keeps game progress locally and does not use these shared player, leaderboard or cloud-save services.

What is stored
An app that keeps leaderboards or cloud saves creates a player for you. A player is anonymous by default: it is an opaque identifier and a display name you choose. We do not ask for an email address in order to put a score on a board.
- Player — an identifier, the display name you chose, when it was created and last used.
- Device tokens — one per device you play on, stored only as a hash.
- Scores — your standing on each board, and whatever the app attaches to it.
- Stored values — saves and settings the app keeps for you, held as given and not inspected.
What is not stored
The shared player services do not create advertising identifiers or a cross-app profile. Players belong to the app that created them: two apps' players are separate, and neither one's credentials reach the other's data.
Website hosting and diagnostics
Our Azure hosting and Application Insights process connection information and server request, dependency, error and security logs to deliver and monitor these services. These operational records are separate from app progress. This website does not add advertising scripts or a cross-app advertising profile.
Site accounts
An account on this website is a separate thing from a player, and exists only to operate the service. It holds an email address and a password hash.
Deleting your data
Apps that create players offer deletion from inside the app, and it is immediate: the player, their standings, their stored values and their device tokens are removed together, not marked for later. If an app you use does not offer it, write to support@outworldapps.com and we will do it within 5 working days.
One thing deletion cannot undo: a score that has already been read by another player's device is on that device. Removing your data removes it from the board — it does not reach back into screenshots.
Retention
Boards with a repeating period keep a fixed number of past periods and drop the rest automatically. Stored values live until deleted, or until the expiry the app set for them, whichever comes first.
